C | 此后，公司于5月被证监会要求补充材料。7月29日，由于首版招股书六个月期满失效，公司重新向香港联交所递交了更新版申请。8月14日，星宇股份公告称，已收到中国证监会出具的境外发行上市备案通知书，拟发行不超过4479.97万股境外上市普通股并在香港联交所主板上市。备案通知书自出具之日起12个月内有效。
